Spotify is available across a range of devices, including computers, phones, tablets, speakers, TVs, and cars, and you can easily transition from one to another with Spotify Connect.
To install Spotify on Ubuntu using apt you will first need to configure the repo by running:
curl -sS https://download.spotify.com/debian/pubkey_6224F9941A8AA6D1.gpg | sudo gpg --dearmor --yes -o /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/spotify.gpg echo "deb http://repository.spotify.com stable non-free" | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/spotify.listInstall Spotify by running:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install spotify-client
You will now be able to open Spotify from the activities menu:
